Mark Wilson is licensed and regulated by AAT under licence number 1000590. AAT is recognised by HM Treasury to supervise compliance with the Money Laundering Regulations and Ipswich Accounting is supervised by AAT in this respect.
We offer a total, comprehensive payroll and pension auto enrolment service, ensuring that you complete every task required to fulfil your legal duties as an employer.
Not only do we deal with all PAYE income tax and National Insurance calculations, we calculate statutory payments such as SSP and SMP, which can be completed weekly, fortnightly, four-weekly, monthly or quarterly.
We complete all attachment orders that need completing during the pay run. We submit all your online filing requirements to HMRC for your pay run on or before payday.
We supply security paper payslips, email them to you as PDF files or provide a complete web based self-service management dashboard for you and your staff.
We can supply payroll data as a CSV file for import into Sage 50 or Microsoft Excel.
We can supply a set of payroll management reports. We deal with all tax coding updates and with employees starting or leaving as part of the normal pay run.
We can file monthly returns for the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS). We supply all P60 and P45 forms, complete P11D expenses, and submit final Real Time Information (RTI) and automatic enrolment duties to HMRC.
